Indiemark 2 Encoder do not connect

I'm facing the issue that my 2 new Indiemark 2 Encoders.
They don't get detected by the LONETServer 2.6 / 2.3 App. (Windows 10 Win 64)
IM464 shows up as an RPI-RP2 Drive letter (probably Raspberry pie PICO)
IM460 does not get detected at all
Tested with different cables, USB ports and computers.
The Devices do not light up / give any other indicator of live. ( they heat up a bit after been plugged in for a while so power seems to be flowing)

AndyJarosz Hello, I'm having a similar issue. I've been trying to connect an Indiemark 2 Encoder to LONET, but the device isn't getting detected.

The LED on the encoder does turn on when connected to the PC. The device appears as a drive in file explorer, but not in LONET.
