Indiemark 3 It doesn't load in Unreal.

Hello. I'm using Unreal Engine 5.6, plugin version 2.7.2.
The LONET server 3.1.0 BETA displays the encoder and changes the values as the encoder moves. Unreal Engine has all the plugins loaded (Live Link Camera, Live Link Lens, Lonet 2, Camera Calibration). The IP address is the default. When I add the Lonet 2 Live Link source, the status remains "waiting" and the encoder never loads.
What's wrong?

Hello! Can you post (or email me) a screenshot of your LiveLink window and how you have LONET server configured?

At the bottom of LONET, does it say that the LONET2 protocol is enabled?

Are you using the default 216 multicast addresses?

Washington Yes, that looks fine. Is Unreal giving you a specific error when it crashes? What version of UE?

I'm using version 5.6.1. It froze a couple of times, but now it seems stable. The last time it froze, it lasted a little longer, but it still crashed. I'll keep testing it tomorrow, and I'll let you know if I have any questions. Another issue is that once I press the button to set the zoom to zero, I move the lens, and when I return it to the initial position, the value changes; it doesn't go back to zero, and every time I move it, the value keeps increasing. Also, are you using a Factory Optic Syncrolink box on your network at all?

Hi Andy. The biggest problem now is that the encoder won't reset the values to zero. It keeps increasing the reading each time it moves. We've already tried different Lonet servers, different cables, and different computers, but the problem persists. Is there any way to factory reset it or update the firmware?

And if it helps, regarding the LED light, the website says that blue indicates normal operation, but it never turns blue; it always stays white after indicating zero.

Is it basically just counting up, but not down? That would indicate one of the encoder channels is not being read.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by that. I'm connecting the encoder directly to the PC where I use Unreal via USB.

It zooms up and down, but when it returns to the initial position, it doesn't reset to zero. For example, I reset it to zero with the lens fully open: Value: 1 (I zoom in to maximum) Value: 660 (I zoom back to the initial point) Value: 87, and each time I repeat the operation, that value increases.

I was asking if there's any way we can fix this, since I'm in Argentina, and the shipping costs are high for sending and receiving it again.

Washington Understood, if the LED Is never turning blue this definitely indicates a hardware issue. Contact ma and we can figure out next steps.

Regarding the LED colors, they confuse me a bit. I think that when I set it to zero, it stays blue (it's a light blue) and I don't think it ever shows white, but it doesn't change color as shown in the video tutorial.
